HOTR – Refuge Specialized Focus Group is an initiative designed to promote relationship, peer mentoring, networking, collaboration, and community civic engagement. It is also to assist in tapping into the unreached and undeployed resources within the larger house.

Individuals within a particular interest or specialized focus group are encouraged to meet to share ideas and sharpen each other with respect to their common areas of interest, career, and passion.

Proverbs 27:17 “Iron sharpens iron, so a man sharpens the countenance of his friend” In like manner, we see the Specialized Focus Groups become a hub for learning and unique idea creation, as parishioners engage and interact together.
