Our Single and Mighty (S&M) Ministry presents: Exhale! A flagship sports event for Singles to exercise, refresh, de-stress and generally have fun!

If you are single and live in Abuja, we invite you to join us this Saturday; July 31st, 2021 by 8.00am at the Citadel & Towers Garden, House on the Rock Abuja.

Exhale will feature aerobic exercises, 5-a-side football, Volleyball, Table Tennis, variety of games, refreshments, Q and A Sessions, Networking and a lot more!

And hey, bring along your football and volleyball sports kits and plan to attend with a friend.
